Micah Long is a Pepperdine University graduate who has a passion for nonprofit work and music. Long studied International Studies: Management as his Bachelor's degree with a minor in Nonprofit Management. He has experience both in customer service and management, having worked for seven years in the Alaskan cruise industry, doing duties such as senior deckhand and dock representative. He also worked non-profit jobs, such as an Americorps member at Jumpstart and a consultant at the Al Wooten Jr. Heritage Center.

Currently, Long works as the Director of Operations at White Heart Foundation, a non-profit providing medical care and specialized equipment to severely injured, post-9/11 veterans. Prior to this position, Long worked as a front desk administrator at Malibu Veterinary Clinic and a resident advisor at Pepperdine University. Long's experience in the non-profit sector and management make him an essential team member at any organization.
