Micah Leinbach is an accomplished education entrepreneur, experienced in business management, communications, and cultural competency. With a strong background in liberal arts, he has engaged in a wide range of social issues and built a record of creative and informed social engagement. Micah brings a calm demeanor and highly developed emotional intelligence to his work in solving puzzles and problems, with ample training in teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution. Micah studied Environmental Studies at Lewis & Clark College, graduating with Honors after completing an Outdoor Education Semester at National Outdoor Leadership School. He has contributed to a variety of organizations in multiple roles, including Manager of Learning & Development at Guild Education, Founder & President at BOAT: Bus for Outdoor Access & Teaching, Talent & Leadership Development Associate at Guild Education, and 2017 Venture for America Fellow at Venture for America, among others. With a rich history of involvement in leadership and education, Micah's experience includes positions such as Interim Residential Life Faculty at High Mowing School, Auditor at Associated Students of Lewis & Clark, and Director at Crystalaire Adventures, among others.
