Micah Greenland
International Director at NCSY
Rabbi Micah Greenland is the International Director of NCSY, the youth movement of the Orthodox Union.13 He has held this position since 2013, when he was appointed to the role after previously serving as the Midwest Regional Director and CEO of NCSY from 2001 to 2012.36
As International Director, Rabbi Greenland is dedicated to empowering Jewish teens and engaging them in Jewish life.2 He oversees NCSY's efforts to actively empower future leaders, including organizing trips for teens to Washington, D.C.5
In addition to his work with NCSY, Rabbi Greenland has served as the President of the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRcKosher).4 He is married and a father of five children.4 Outside of his professional life, he is a fan of the Mets, Vikings, and Blackhawks sports teams.4
