Mica Le John

Mica Le John serves as the Chief of Staff at Black Girls Code, an organization focused on empowering young women of color in the tech industry. She has a diverse background that includes experience as a Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Director, as well as being a former TV executive producer and a BAFTA winner.

In addition to her role at Black Girls Code, Mica is the Co-Founder and CEO of 2SWIM, a social messaging platform aimed at fostering close connections within private communities.
