Miagra Haines is a professional with a diverse background, transitioning from a potential legal career to finding her passion in Human Resources (HR). With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Miagra has a strong educational foundation.

Miagra's journey to HR was influenced by a conversation with her mentor in the legal field which made her realize that her true calling was in empowering individuals and driving inclusivity. She found her special ability in connecting with people on a human level and leveraging this to bring out the best in them.

Having faced workplace challenges early on, Miagra's experiences have fueled her passion for promoting inclusivity and driving positive change. This drive has led her to collaborate with executive leadership in various organizations to exceed goals and drive progressive change.

As a Human Capital and Diversity & Inclusion Manager at the United States Army Communications-Electronics Command, Miagra excels in optimizing human assets to bring business visions to life. Her expertise lies in innovating HR policies and perceptions to ensure the perfect alignment of staffing and business strategies for successful execution.
