Mia Pappalardo is an accomplished professional with a strong background in finance, HR, operations, and business development.

Mia obtained her B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie College of Business, and also studied at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Currently, Mia serves as the Vice President of Finance & HR at Cloudbakers, showcasing her leadership and strategic abilities within the organization.

Prior to her current role, Mia held the position of Sr. Director of Finance & HR at Cloudbakers, demonstrating her progression and expertise in the field.

With a comprehensive career at Cloudbakers, Mia has also served as Director of Operations and Manager of Operations, exemplifying her diverse skill set and versatility.

Before joining Cloudbakers, Mia gained experience in business development operations at enter, where she held roles such as Manager and Representative in the same domain.

Furthermore, Mia kickstarted her professional journey with internships at The Bradford Group and The University of Iowa, focusing on online marketing, eCommerce merchandising, international funding marketing, and communications.

Mia's dedication to professional growth and development is evident from her early experience as a Camp Counselor at Jefferson School, highlighting her commitment to learning and mentorship.
