Mia Lukic
Mia Lukic, an experienced Customer Experience Director, has spent over a decade working in tech across various fields including sales, marketing, leadership, and project management. Recently, Mia has overseen and led large-scale customer success initiatives at Meltwater, including the integration of Intercom into customer engagement and growth hacking programs targeting a global audience of over 30,000 customers in over 13 languages. Another significant initiative was the implementation of a CSM tool into the daily workflow of Meltwater's global CS organization, ensuring efficiency, a strategic approach, and reduced churn through insights. Mia studied abroad in Italy and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Philosophy and Italian from the University of Pennsylvania.
