•  Coordinates all Hawaii Troops to Teachers recruiting efforts;  as well as re-establishing the Troops to Teachers program presence in the state. Collaborating with various Military and Educational institutions. 

•  Manages relationships with relevant resource centers of the Air Force, Army, Marines, and Navy throughout the State of Hawaii. 

•  Serves as the primary Office of Talent Management contact and liaison to both the Hawaii Department of Education Military Liaison and the Joint Venture Education Forum (JVEF).

♣	Perform full scope of HR functions for largest transportation company in the state of Hawaii, including planning, development, evaluation, implementation and execution of corporate recruitment and strategic plan. 
♣	Recruit from Oahu, Maui, and Kona for wide scope of positions with diverse criteria, including tour and transportation drivers, maintenance mechanic technicians, fuel attendants, airport greeters, gate monitors, and multilingual passport control attendants.
♣	Conduct staff screening, selection, on-boarding, orientation, and training to promote diversity and build teams with complementary skills.

Human Resources Generalist, Recruitment and Employment

• Trained military officers in Australia in a multi-national exercise on Personnel Accountability and Casualty Reporting.  
• Conducted targeted personnel operations in Thailand during Multi-National exercises, and Operation Cobra Gold. 
• Coordinated high profile ceremonies for two-star General Division Command, including quarterly retirement recognition and volunteer awards.

Special Advisor, Aide-De-Camp, Deputy Commanding General

Coordinated critical essential services for a rural area comprised of 250,000 citizens of Sunni-Shia communities with over 50 Tribal Sheiks. 
•	Championed initiative program to provide government employment to 300 young Iraqi men and women, ensuring them positions in the Iraqi Security Forces. 
• Instituted 29 highly successful CMO projects, spending less than $15M in total.
• Advised Battery and Battalion Commander on use of Human Terrain and Civil Affairs Teams, delivering accurate and detailed reports and making informed recommendations.
• Integrated CMO operations into the non-lethal targeting process and encouraged Iraqi contributions, resulting in the legitimization of Iraq’s government.
