Eric MEVELLEC

Eric Mevellec is the CEO of Dreev, a company focused on developing smart charging solutions based on Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology. He has been in this role since August 2019, leading the joint venture between EDF Pulse Croissance and the Californian start-up Nuvve. This collaboration aims to enhance electric mobility through innovative charging systems that allow electric vehicles to both consume and supply energy to the grid, thereby optimizing energy management and promoting renewable energy usage.13

Mevellec has a strong educational background, having studied at ESCP Business School, and he is based in Paris, France. Before joining Dreev, he held leadership positions at Sowee and Edelia Groupe EDF, which provided him with substantial experience in the energy sector.23 Under his leadership, Dreev has been actively involved in rolling out V2G technology across various markets in Europe, including significant projects aimed at integrating electric vehicles into the energy grid.14
