She has a strong background in conceptualizing and administering external partnership programs, overseeing membership development and retention campaigns, managing special events, developing websites, and directing the production of various organizational publications and products.

Merrie Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Her educational background contributes to her expertise in project management and campaign execution.
