Merrette Blake has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on parts. This includes 15 years in aftermarket outside sales and store management, as well as 15 years as a parts manager on the dealership side. Merrette is well-versed in TAMS, ADP/CDK, DealerTrack, and Reynolds and Reynolds systems. Additionally, Merrette holds a Service Manager endorsement through ATI (Automotive Training Institute).

Merrette Blake is enthusiastic about total auto parts management and sales. While maintaining a strong foundation in the automotive sector, Merrette is proactively enhancing skills by pursuing IT courses at the community college level to adapt to industry advancements and changes.

Education-wise, Merrette has studied at Rappahannock Community College, Liberty University, and Ferrum College. Merrette is committed to continuous learning and skill development to stay relevant in the dynamic automotive sector.
