Merisenda Alatorre is an equity-focused leader with a passion for innovation and technology, specializing in inclusive design, instructional design, and digital strategy.

With over a decade of experience, she has led the development and implementation of award-winning digital products and transformative initiatives across various industries.

Merisenda is known for her innovative and empathetic approach to problem-solving, driven by a design thinking mindset.

Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.

She has held roles such as Learning Experience Designer at Podium Education, Digital Product and Strategy Consultant, Manager of Digital Learning and Instructional Design at The National Math and Science Initiative, and Virtual Student Foreign Service eIntern at the U.S. Department of State, among others.
