Meridith Webster

Meridith Webster is the Executive Vice President of Global Communications and Public Affairs at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a position she assumed in May 2021.12 In this role, she leads ELC's global communications and public affairs strategic agenda, advancing and protecting the company's business interests and corporate reputation globally.14 She also serves as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and the Lauder family.12
