Meric Ugdul

Meric Ugdul is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in architecture, historic preservation, and education.

Meric holds a French Baccalaureate in Economic and Social Sciences with Honors Degree from Lycee Charles de Gaulle, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from ESA - Ecole Spéciale d’Architecture, and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute.

As a PHD student at Istanbul Technical University, Meric is engaged in furthering academic research in the field of architecture.

With a robust teaching background, Meric has served as an Instructor at various esteemed institutions such as Altınbaş Üniversitesi, Yeditepe University, and Bahcesehir University.

Meric has also gained practical experience in the industry by working as an Art Direction Assistant at Y Film Production, an Architectural Coordinator and Architect at EAA - Emre Arolat Architecture, and a Graduate Assistant at Pratt Institute.

Having a keen interest in cultural preservation, Meric has contributed to organizations like Huariou Commission, Portakal Kültür ve Sanat Evi, and Sabancı University Sakıp Sabancı Museum in various roles.

Meric's internship experiences at esteemed firms such as FISCHERS Architecture & Design, VIZZION EUROPE, ZSML Construction, and Kural Mimarlik have further enriched their skills and knowledge in the field of architecture.
