Meri Williams

Meri Williams is an accomplished and experienced CTO with a track record of scaling technology organizations in various sectors such as medtech, neo-banking, government, ecommerce, telco, and manufacturing. She is passionate about building smart, cross-functional teams to develop excellent products and has a deep understanding of high-pressure business environments that require 24x7x365 operations while simultaneously optimizing costs.

Meri holds a 1st Class Honours degree in BSc (Hons) Computer Information Systems from the University of Bath and has worked in leadership positions at several renowned companies such as Monzo Bank, MOO, and Marks and Spencer. She is also a published author, international speaker, and the founder of ChromeRose, a micro-consultancy offering training and consultancy services.

Meri is also a Non-Executive Director at Flagstone, a former Trustee at Stonewall, and former Technology Advisor at Kindred Capital VC, amongst others. She is also the Chair (Co-Curator & Host) of The Lead Developer conference series, which currently runs in London, New York, Berlin, and Austin.
