Meredith Demerchant is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technical recruiting, customer service, enrollment services, academic records, and volunteer work. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma, Meredith brings a unique perspective to her roles.

Meredith currently serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Robert Half, where she leverages her experience to match top talent with leading organizations. Prior to her current role, she honed her recruiting skills as a Technical Recruiter at the same company. Her journey began in customer service at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions before transitioning to handling enrollment services and academic records at the University of Oklahoma.

Meredith's dedication to community service is evident through her volunteer work at Norman Regional Health System. She also gained valuable experience as a Counselor and Office Staff at Kanakuk. In addition, she contributed to the University of Oklahoma Libraries Western History Collections as a Photo Lab Assistant and Student Employee, showcasing her versatility and strong work ethic.
