Transitioning from a 13-year tenure in Hospitality focusing on Commercial Management & Marketing in Spain, Menno moved into the industrial sector as a Key Account Manager focusing on export in the Hydraulic supplies sector, utilizing his proficiency in four languages. His roles involved extensive international travel, market analysis, customer relationship management, and participation in global trade fairs.

Menno shifted to the packaging sector in 2015 as a Key Account Manager overseeing a significant portion of the national territory, later advancing to an International Key Account Manager role in early 2019, expanding the customer base in B2B and B2C contexts. His responsibilities included market research, client visits, international trade fair management, and contribution to marketing strategies.
