Meng Lim

Meng Hui Lim is the Founder and CEO of SmartPeep, an AI health-tech company that develops automated monitoring systems for healthcare facilities.13 He is a passionate academician-turned-entrepreneur who transitioned from academia to business, combining his expertise in coding, fundraising, and AI technology.1

Dr. Lim founded SmartPeep in 2017, driven by a personal experience when his grandmother fell and was unable to get help, which ultimately led to a decline in her health.4 The company's mission is to prevent accidents and assist healthcare professionals in providing better care for patients and elderly individuals with high fall risk and low mobility.3

Before founding SmartPeep, Dr. Lim held several academic and research positions:
