Menachem Grinshpan

Menachem Grinshpan is the CEO of Polycart Technologies, a company that provides high-level technical solutions tailored to customer needs.

With clients including the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Rafael, the aerospace industry, the military industry, Elbit, Hi-Tech Spectrum Dynamics, and more, Polycart Technologies has been in operation for approximately 22 years.

Located on a kibbutz in the Western Galilee, the company's facilities cover about 3500 square meters and house the company's offices, a display hall, planning and development offices, manufacturing halls, a patterns department, a quality assurance department, and warehouses.

Specializing in the design and production of thermoforming plastic packaging for the security, automotive, and civilian markets, Polycart Technologies is also an approved distributor of Pelican cases in Israel.

Adapting to global challenges, Polycart Medical was established to provide solutions for an antibacterial and antiviral environment, including addressing challenges posed by the COVID-19 virus.

Menachem Grinshpan, an experienced industry professional specializing in plastics and vacuum forming technologies in large dimensions and thick materials, has also worked in the rubber industry, enabling the company to create specialized products for end customers.

Eager to tackle technological challenges in the advanced plastics industry, Menachem is keen on establishing connections with procurement managers, engineers, supply chain managers, and security and industrial logistics managers.

Menachem Grinshpan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering related technologies/technicians from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
