C. Ike

C. C. Melvin Ike, often referred to as "Mel," is an experienced investor and business professional based in New York, New York. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Visualize Group, an investment firm that he established after leaving his position as a Managing Director at Blackstone Inc. in 2023.134

Before founding The Visualize Group, Melvin Ike held significant roles in the investment industry. He was a Principal at Third Point LLC from 2015 to 2019, where he focused on special situations and activist investments.5 Prior to his tenure at Third Point, he worked as an Associate at TPG and an Analyst at Lazard.1

In terms of education, Melvin Ike holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Master of Business Administration, both obtained in 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Biophysics from 2007.2
