Melody Brown

Melody Brown is an accomplished Human Resources Executive Director with a successful track record in the information technology and services industry. Prior to her current role as Executive Director of Human Resources at NPower, a nonprofit organization that helps underserved communities with technology skills, she worked for the Verizon Foundation as National Program Manager and Verizon Wireless as Associate Director HR. Melody has a distinguished background in nonprofit program management, coaching, conflict resolution, and team building. Her excellent communication and leadership skills are apparent in her time as a Board member at YWCA Union Cty NJ, Soledad O'Brien and Brad Raymond Starfish Foundation Consultant, and Executive Director of Human Resources at NPower. Melody holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
