Melissa Sautter is a highly motivated Sales and Business Development professional with an extensive background in SaaS and startups. With expertise in data analysis, lead generation, SDR management, and marketing/sales analytics, Melissa is passionate about sales and marketing automation along with process and efficiency. Melissa believes that communication is key to good leadership, has excellent communication skills, and a drive for leadership. She has experience in Salesforce administration, Salesloft, Marketo, and Pardot. Additionally, she has the skills and certifications to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Drive Lead Generation, and improve Sales and Marketing Operations. Melissa is always setting SMART goals and makes data-driven decisions to meet those goals.

Outside of work, Melissa is an excellent communicator and spent five years at Toastmasters, including serving as the president of a San Francisco chapter. She also took stand-up comedy classes and spent time as a TRX instructor. Melissa is a graduate of Rutgers College of Engineering, where she studied Environmental Engineering. In Peru, Melissa studied and learned conversational Spanish for three months.
