Melissa Roohifard

Melissa Roohifard, the Kairos Austria Executive, is an accomplished professional with a passion for education and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Product Management from CODE University of Applied Sciences and has completed the London Cohort in 2020 at Founder Institute.

With a rich work history, Melissa has honed her skills in various roles, including as a Marketing Specialist and Product Manager at Amazon, an Entrepreneur in Residence at Techstars, and as the Sigma Squared Society South East Director. She was also part of the Austria 2 Austin Exchange Program at the U.S. Embassy Vienna and co-founded the Future Industries Gap Year Program.

Passionate about fostering education, Melissa has served as the Workshop-Moderator at Arbeiterkammer Wien and the Sigma Squared Society Executive in Austria. Her diverse experience extends to roles such as Marketing & Social Media Manager at whatchado and Co-Founder & Program Director of the Future Industries Gap Year Program.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Melissa is currently engaged in founding an HR tech startup, leveraging her expertise in product management and marketing. Her background exemplifies a strong commitment to professional growth and innovation in the tech industry.
