Melissa Ramey is a seasoned Instructional Designer with a rich background spanning over 15 years, specializing in e-learning and curriculum development for diverse cultural and professional settings.

She excels in content and design analysis, crafting innovative learning programs that drive desired business outcomes. Her adept communication and interpersonal skills facilitate relationship-building with stakeholders and enable accurate assessment of learning needs.

Known for her crossfunctional leadership, Melissa collaborates effectively with subject matter experts to ensure learning objectives are met at the highest levels of efficacy. She has also played a pivotal role in designing an award-winning e-learning system.

Melissa Ramey holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Roanoke College and a Master's degree in Diversity Studies from Wheaton College.
