Melissa Mercier is a highly experienced Channel Manager, West, who has been working with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for several years. She is an expert in delivering on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure and communication solutions to organizations worldwide. Her focus on data, software, communications, network infrastructure, and cloud makes her a critical component of the ALE team. Her expertise in tailoring award-winning solutions to meet the unique needs of each organization makes her a valuable asset to her customers, IT engineers, business operations, and executives.

Before joining ALE, Melissa held several key positions in the technology industry. She was Partner Manager at i95Dev, Business Development Executive at Nuix, Business Development Representative at Guidance Software and Territory Sales Manager at Western Region-CT Summation. She began her career as a Business Development Associate at WMC Mortgage Corporation.

In addition to her professional experience, Melissa holds a degree in General Studies. She is skilled in various areas such as Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, and Partnerships.
