Melissa Victoria Frayer

Melissa Frayer is an accomplished legal professional with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Columbia Law School, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Yale University, and additional studies at the Universiteit van Amsterdam and University of Washington.

Throughout her career, Melissa has held various roles in prestigious organizations, currently serving as a Member at Mintz. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and General Counsel at Data Driven Safety, LLC. She has also gained experience as an Associate at Fenwick & West and Covington & Burling, and served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Ralph K. Winter at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
