Melissa Doval

Melissa Doval, CPA, SHRM-SCP, is a highly experienced professional with nearly 20 years of expertise in finance, accounting, human resources, business strategy, and applied technologies.

Throughout her career, Melissa has demonstrated a strong track record of transforming companies with operational and compliance deficiencies into successful entities through infrastructure improvements, policy/process enhancements, and strategic planning.

Melissa's background includes roles at renowned companies such as World Fuel Services, Live Nation, and MTN Satellite Communications, where she honed her skills in internal auditing, accounting, and eventually rose to the position of CFO at The Recon Group, Inc.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida International University, a Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University, and is a certified Florida CPA and a SHRM Senior Certified Human Resources Professional.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Melissa is deeply rooted in the Miami community, actively participating in various charitable organizations. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and technology, driving her efforts to help Miami flourish as a hub for these sectors through her consultancy firm, MeDo Consulting, LLC.
