Melissa Clack is a seasoned IT leader with significant experience in technology strategy and operations. She previously held the position of Head of IT Strategy and Performance and served as Chief of Staff to the CIO at CareSource from March 2020 to November 2020. In this role, she was instrumental in designing and implementing IT strategic plans, managing performance processes, and enhancing stakeholder engagement within the organization.
Prior to her tenure at CareSource, Clack worked as the Director of IT Shared Services at the same company, where she transformed service delivery and established key relationships with vendors to improve operational efficiency. Her focus included driving innovation through investment in people, processes, and technology, as well as overseeing governance and performance metrics for the IT department.1
Currently, she serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at FARO Technologies, where she continues to leverage her expertise in IT leadership and operations to drive strategic initiatives.12
