Melissa Artabane

Melissa Artabane is the Executive Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bain & Company. She is passionate about ensuring Bain is a place where everyone feels accepted and can be themselves.14

Career at Bain

Melissa joined Bain in 1999 and has held various roles within the company. Her current position involves:

• Spearheading global talent diversity & inclusion efforts
• Partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for developing, supporting, and retaining diverse talent
• Ensuring Bain's culture, norms, and processes are inclusive of all diversity2

Prior to her current role, Melissa served as the practice manager for Bain's global Social Impact practice.2
