Melissa Andrada
Melissa Andrada is a Creative DEI Strategic Advisor, Motivational Speaker, Leadership Coach, and Workshop Facilitator. Passionate about fostering a culture of radical self-care and social justice, Melissa draws from her experiences as a queer Filipina American who immigrated to the US as an undocumented individual. Her journey of transforming trauma and oppression into strength has led her to revolutionize a longstanding consultancy, co-direct a massive MOOC, and engage in meaningful dialogue with global organizations like Google and the New York Times. Melissa aims to co-create an equitable and loving society by offering services such as Equitable Organizational Strategy, Motivational Keynotes, Leadership Workshops, and Coaching. Her educational background includes a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certificate, MSc in Cultural Studies from the University of Edinburgh, and a BA in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington. With a rich history of roles in various organizations like Radical Candor, LLC, General Assembly, and Wolff Olins, Melissa is a seasoned professional in driving meaningful change and empowerment.
