She obtained her Master's in Business Administration from the renowned University of Oxford at the Said Business School. Prior to this, she pursued a LLB/BA, attaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Indigenous Studies, from Monash University.
With an impressive track record, Mele-Ane Havea has held key positions in several organizations. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Small Giants Academy. Previously, she was the Non-Executive Director at Impact Investment Group and the Chairperson at B Lab Australia & New Zealand Ltd. Her experience also includes roles such as Co-CEO (Director of Yin) at Small Giants (Australia), General Manager at Dumbo Feather, and Consultant & Legal Advisor at Independent Consultant.
Before her current roles, Mele-Ane Havea gained valuable experience working as an Associate Solicitor at Gide Loyrette Nouel in Abu Dhabi, a Solicitor at Clayton Utz in Melbourne, and a Human Rights Legal Advisor at Cirquest in Amsterdam.
