Meet Melanie Wagner, an action-oriented leader and skilled program developer with a passion for training diverse populations. Melanie has a Master's Degree in Intercultural Youth and Family Development from the University of Montana, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with Summa Cum Laude honors from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. With a background in hospitality, Melanie is a former bartender at Fairmont Dallas, where she honed her customer service skills, and perfected her attention to detail skills.
Melanie has held multiple roles and positions throughout her career, including ServiceWorks Curriculum Coordinator - AmeriCorps VISTA at CitySquare, where she coordinated efforts to provide services and education to underprivileged and underserved communities in the Dallas area; Assistant Dean - Work Program at Paul Quinn College, where she played a key role in managing and developing job programs for a diverse student population.
Other roles Melanie has held throughout her career include Nonprofit Administration Internship at Women's Opportunity & Resource Development, Love Your School Service Member - AmeriCorps VISTA at City of Little Rock, and Food on the Move Ground Member - AmeriCorps Position at CitySquare. Melanie is currently exploring the exciting world of hospitality and looks forward to bringing her expertise and experience in program development and customer service to this field.
