Melanie Sternickle is a leader who is passionate about developing individuals' strengths and creating environments that empower them to excel on individual and group projects. She is an achiever, learner, positively inclined, inclusively empathetic individual who has pursued various courses in her career.
Melanie has a liberal arts degree, majoring in biology, from Greenville University, which has honed her analytical and problem-solving skills. She has also studied at Shepherd University, McHenry County College and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, where she earned an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Technician/Assistant, providing her with practical knowledge and expertise.
Melanie has worked in various organizations throughout her career, and today she is a Triage Call Center Operations Administrative Analyst at Medcor. Melanie has also previously held roles such as the Secretary at Spring Hill Homeowners Association, Project Assistant, Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay Independent Consultant, Member Experience Representative at Charter Fitness, Corporate Receptionist at Medcor, Physical Therapist Technician and Aide and Administrative Assistant for the Student Association at Greenville University.
