Melanie Lee is an accomplished professional in the field of life sciences with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various organizations.

She holds a 2:1 degree in Biology, with a focus on Microbial and Molecular Biology, from the University of York, UK. Further, she pursued her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in UV Inducible DNA Repair in Ustilago maydis at the National Institute for Medical Research, UK.

Melanie has held prominent positions in organizations, serving as the Chief Executive Officer at LifeArc, Chief Scientific Officer at BTGplc, and NED at NightstaRx Ltd. She also founded Think10 and has been associated with several other organizations in leadership roles such as Principal CEO at LifeArc, Chief Executive Officer at Syntaxin Ltd, and Angel at Breast Cancer Haven.
