Melanie Koenderman

Melanie Koenderman is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Melanie has furthered her education by completing programs at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and the University of California, Berkeley.

In her career, Melanie has held significant roles in various organizations. She currently serves as the Associate Dean at Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University. Previously, she showcased her leadership skills as the Vice President and founding Dean of Students at Quest University Canada. Melanie has also worked as a Foreign Service Officer at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, an International Student Services Coordinator at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and an English Language Program Coordinator at St. Francis Xavier School. Furthermore, she contributed to the EXPLORE Federal Language Bursary Program as a Program Coordinator at Université de Sherbrooke.
