Melanie Adamson is an accomplished marketing expert with more than 18 years of experience building businesses by launching innovative ideas and strategies for exponential growth and market share. She is particularly passionate about the cleantech and sustainability industries, and has dedicated her career since 2004 to promoting social and environmental good. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of North Texas.

Before founding her own agency, Alder Agency & Co., Melanie worked as the Senior Director of Brand at AHA Strategy and Creative Agency, VP Marketing at LO3 Energy, Client Director at Liquid Agency, Marketing Communications Manager at PECI, and Account Manager at MacKenzie Marketing Group. Melanie has extensive experience in researching audiences, building multi-channel plans, and developing sound strategy to successfully launch new ventures.
