I manage a team of staff which focus on the recruitment of the mining, transport, logistics, engineering and manufacturing industries, recruiting across a wide range of skill sets.
Achievements within this role include; 2016 Entry to Randstad Directors Club which is our best of the best from our business. 2015 CPE Consultant of the year!

The industrial division of randstad specialises in the recruitment of temporary and permanent placements within the blue collar and trades industries. Within the Wollongong branch we have consultants who focus on the transport and distribution industries to trades and engineering. With this focus we are able to offer clients quality recruitment to specified time frames. We work with a number of well renowned national and international companies within the illawarra and surrounding regions. I began this branch with one sole client and developed it to a full functioning branch with supporting consultants! As a reflection of our hard-work in 2013 our Wollongong industrial branch, was awarded office of the year across the Australia industrial division. Excellent achievement for a small branch!

Hays is a multi national and international recruitment specialist agency. Within the Hurstville branch I managed the recruitment for white collar office support staff. This included personal assistants, administration, data entry  and receptionists. My clients ranged from distribution clients, construction and accounting firms. 
Achievements included doubling the business within 6 months.

Aristotle was a specialist boutique agency recruiting within the IT space in Sydney. My position was to support a team of 6 consultants to resource, screen and select candidates for IT positions across a range of industries including corporate financial, superannuation and banking.
