Meilene Tipp is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in various human resources and people operations roles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Korean Language, English Language and Literature, Literature, English Language from the University Of Washington, and has also studied Korean Language at Yonsei University. Meilene currently serves as the Director of People at Karat, having previously held the position of Senior Manager of People & Talent at the same organization.
