First paid social specialist brought into the performance marketing team to scale the channel, across the UK and ever-increasing regulated markets across both the Sportsbook and Casino products.Budget c. £6m. o	Was responsible for the roll-out of paid social across multiple regions, including Germany, Spain, Sweden, Belgium and Ireland. Objectives range from a combination of app based conversions to lower funnel optimization points such as deposits and bets placed.o	Worked with relevant stakeholders to successfully launch dynamic product ads in the UK, resulting in the CPA dropping from £240 to £100. o	UK activity was handled with an agency, whilst the international markets were managed in-house.o	Prior to handling Ireland, the CPA was averaging £300, currently it is averaging £140. It is now considered one of the fastest growing regions across all markets.
