Dr. Kristal completed his doctoral degree (PhD) in Operations, Technology and Innovation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.4 He has been recognized for his exceptional research and teaching abilities, becoming one of the three youngest professors granted tenure in the history of the Schulich School of Business in 2009.1
