Meghan Sharkus

Meghan Sharkus is a successful entrepreneur who built a multimillion dollar medical adhesive business without external investors, starting with a small team and growing it to 16 members.

Her expertise includes automating file edits and organizational systems using Adobe scripts, fundraising through business plan competitions, product development, supply chain management, manufacturing contract negotiations, social media branding, hiring, team building, fulfillment systems optimization, international sales, distribution systems, and high-level strategy management.

She pursued entrepreneurship and received a minor in Spanish and Mechanical Engineering at the University of St. Thomas, where she also studied for the Theil Fellowship. Additionally, she was a recipient of the Google Developer Challenge Scholarship through Udacity.

Meghan has been involved in various organizations including the Theil Foundation as a Thiel Fellow, University Innovation Fellows, as a former Founder and CEO at ExpressionMed, as Content Coordinator at Generation.MN, and in different roles at Midwest Family Marketing, Endevvr, Wisconsin DECA, Head Quarters Bar and Grille, and Debroux's Diner.
