Meghan Lapides is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing, communications, and content development. With a degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia, she began her career in social media management at 22Squared, a full-service advertising agency in Atlanta. In this role, she honed her skills in strategy development, content curation, and community management for clients in various industries such as tourism, healthcare, and CPG. She later moved to New York City to pursue a career in journalism and storytelling. There, she worked on the digital team at Hearst Magazines, where she served as a content strategist for brands such as ELLE, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan. During her time at Hearst, she was responsible for creating and executing content campaigns that drove engagement and revenue. In 2018, she joined The New York Times as a marketing manager, where she leveraged her content marketing expertise to develop campaigns for The Times' audience development and subscription marketing teams.
