SaverLife (formerly EARN)

Responsible for the strategy and growth of our flagship SaverLife program.

Highlights include:
-Managed 4-person marketing and partnerships team responsible for member acquisition and earned revenue, growing SaverLife's user base to 200,000 and implementing large-scale partnerships with employers and credit unions
-Contributed to SaverLife 2.0 re-platforming vision and execution, positioning SaverLife for greater scale and long-term engagement through savings challenges, prizes, and gamification
-Led major organizational initiatives like our annual tax savings campaign reaching over 50,000 people in 2019

Senior Director of Strategy and Growth

Led strategic initiatives, managed external partnerships, and oversaw key product innovations to scale savings habit-building technology among working families nationwide. 

Highlights include:
-Launched Scratch & Save, an instant win savings game which boosted savings rates by 16% and was played over 30,000 times in 9 months
-Launched beta product allowing users to open a new savings account and save automatically; Oversaw prototyping and development from concept to market
-Defined B2B2C partnership model among non-profits, employers, fintechs, and financial institutions

Developed business plan (including financial model) for a college access and success program in the Coastside.  Interviewed over 80 stakeholders and mobilized steering committee of 15 community members, social service providers, and school district personnel.
