Megan Ryan

Megan Ryan is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and sales. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from Troy University.

Currently, Megan is serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at dentsu international, showcasing her leadership and recruitment skills. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Merkle, including Talent Partner - Director, Talent Partner - Senior Manager, and Talent Partner - Manager, where she honed her expertise in talent management.

Before her time at Merkle, Megan worked at Athlete Network as a Sales Development Specialist and later as a National Account Executive, demonstrating her versatility in sales and account management. She also served as the National Recruiting Manager at CA Search Group, a division of Career Athletes, and as a Senior Account Manager and Account Executive at Competitive Resources Group.
