Megan McCrea is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in digital media, real estate, and vacation rentals.

She began her career as an aspiring writer before transitioning to the digital media industry where she worked with top global media brands, guiding them into the connected, digital world.

Megan and her husband settled in Nashville in 2013 and ventured into real estate and vacation rentals. They established Southbound Stays, offering traditional vacation rentals and extended stay options, providing guests with a unique experience in Music City & Leiper's Fork.

In 2018, Megan followed her passion for real estate and vacation rentals full-time, leaving her corporate position to manage their properties and assist other owners and property managers through her company, The Hospitality Creator.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which she pursued at Eastern Florida State College.

Megan's professional journey includes roles such as Chief Creator at The Hospitality Creator, Hostess & Owner at Southbound Stays, and various leadership positions at Adtaxi and Gannett Company, where she excelled in digital media sales, operations, and partnerships.

With a diverse background that spans from editorial roles to retail management, Megan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the fields of digital media, real estate, and hospitality.
