Account manager to 140 clients which involves account reviews, training, and requests. I also provide support for all other customers with their needs. I assist in building long-lasting customer relationships while operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to my accounts.

I also handle training for new clients throughout their first 90 days as well as help implement the AutoPAY strategy to increase collections.
