Megan Long is a talented Learning & Development Project Manager with a strong background in environmental studies and recruitment coordination. She attended Amador Valley High School and graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies. Long furthered her education by pursuing a degree in the same field from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Her passion for environmental issues drove Long to work as a Business Development and Marketing Intern at Natural Capitalism Solutions before moving on to work at Square, where she held multiple roles such as Recruiting Coordinator and Internal Mobility Program Manager, before her current position.
As a Learning & Development Project Manager, Long is skilled in optimizing organizational performance through developing and implementing training programs, coaching, and mentoring. Her experience in talent acquisition and recruitment also positions her to identify and develop cultural fit within teams.
