Megan Gluth-Bohan is a resilient and visionary leader who has demonstrated that embracing difficult times can lead to new opportunities and growth.

As the Owner and CEO of TRInternational, Inc., based in Edmonds, WA, and Chemblend of America in Bensenville, IL, Meg has shown exceptional accountability and creativity in steering both companies towards success.

With a background in law, including a JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, Meg brings a pragmatic and effective approach to her leadership roles.

She is deeply passionate about personal and business development, constantly challenging her team to strive for excellence and rigor.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Meg is heavily involved in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) and as an Executive Advisor on the Board of Women in Chemicals.

Her commitment to the industry is further exemplified by her past roles, including being a NACD Director at Large and Treasurer of the Chemical Education Foundation.

Meg is a strong advocate for American enterprise and actively participates in various industry committees to contribute to its growth and success.

Her educational background includes a BA in History from the University of Minnesota and being licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Oregon, the United States Federal Courts- District of Oregon, and Washington.

She has also completed the Duke Management Program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, enhancing her executive education and leadership skills.
