Megan Eiss-Proctor, Esq.
Megan Eiss-Proctor is an accomplished attorney, educator, and consultant with extensive experience in the legal field and nonprofit sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from The George Washington University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence in Law from New York Law School.
Megan founded her own consulting firm, Heddy Consulting, where she serves as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, she founded and managed Eiss-Proctor Law, PLLC, a law firm focused on providing legal services to immigrant youth. Additionally, she served as the Deputy Executive Director and Director of Operations and Development at Safe Passage Project, a nonprofit organization that provides legal representation to unaccompanied minors in immigration court.
Megan's diverse professional experience includes teaching fifth grade as part of Teach For America, serving as an Assistant Attorney in the New York City Department of Probation, and working as an Associate Attorney at Magovern & Sclafani.
Megan is passionate about helping immigrant youth and has been an active advocate for their legal rights. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, where she taught courses on immigration law.
