Megan Cummings-Krueger

Megan Cummings-Krueger is a Learning & Development facilitator who specializes in leadership and organizational growth. With her excellent communication skills, she creates interactive curriculum, both virtual and on-ground, to support corporate mentoring programs that focus on mentoring effectiveness, workplace communication, employee engagement, and cultural competence. Megan studied B.S. at Union College and Masters at Bowling Green State University. She has a background in senior consulting, relationship management, curriculum development, and group facilitation. Megan is passionate about creating connections, reframing perspectives, personalizing learning, and identifying action steps to help colleagues achieve their goals.
